I started out selling soap at Unilever and became Marketing Director for L’Orèal’s UK mass market business six years later. Working in sales and marketing for two global organisations gave me essential insight into what my customers experience daily. As a Director at ?What If! Innovation, now part of Accenture, I created innovative impactful business solutions for customers across numerous categories before specialising in healthcare and pharma.

The role of European Marketing Director at Kodak gave me a passion for organisational transformation. At ?What If! Innovation, now part of Accenture, I specialised in healthcare. Co-owning my clients' issues, I worked with them to navigate the complexities of change and innovation in large organisations, to create genuine customer and patient impact.
