The Patient Partnerships SVP of a global pharma company with an imminent oncology launch asked us to find out what support that cancer community genuinely needed and valued.

We unearthed deep insight into the human experiences of the disease and uncovered significant unmet needs, both physical and emotional.

An important discovery was the caregiver burden and its impact on mental health. We turned this deep insight into a Caregiver Handbook which was published across Europe in 2023 and gives practical and emotional advice to a previously under-valued and under-supported community.
