Culture change programmes

“How do we collaborate better in a global organisation that now works online?”

The US based global lead for Marketing Effectiveness asked us to help the cross functional regional teams get better at collaborative working, given how much work is now done online.

We ran online training courses with teams based in the US and Japan, bringing together contrasting working styles to create a common language and capability.

This training achieved a Net Promoter Score score of 58. (Bain & Co, the creators of NPS, note that a good NPS score is 0 and above and above 50 is excellent).
